TNAS and your computer are not on the same network segment. Please connect both on the same subnet.
Windows Defender has blocked TNAS PC. Follow the instructions to prevent this from happening.
Your computer or router has a firewall, and so you should turn off the firewall and try again.

DNS parameter error! Go to TOS > Control Panel > Network, and manually set the DNS parameter to 8.8.8.8 or 114.114.114.114.
The gateway parameters are incorrect! Go to TOS > Control Panel > Network, and manually set the gateway to the same gateway as your computer.
Go to Windows Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials. Delete the original credentials and manually add new credentials;
