RAID manager won’t recognize my hard drives?

Windows Defender is likely to have blocked RAID Manager. Therefore, go to Windows Defender’s settings, and unblock RAID Manager.

RAID Manager recognizes the hard drives, but the computer does not. No drive letter is appearing?

Initialize the hard drives using Windows disk management, or erase external devices with Mac’s Disk Utility.

My device randomly disconnects from my computer. What can I do?

  • Change a computer's USB port and try again;
