Why are my F2-210 and F4-210 models disconnected from the network? Also, why can't they be shut down by pressing the power button?

1. If your TOS system version is TOS4.1.30 or below, please download a patch to your computer via the link: http://dl.terra-master.com/cn/TOS_PATCH_ARM_1.03.bz2

2. Boot the device, and log in to the TOS system.

3. Go to “TOS Control Panel” > “General Settings” > “Software Update” > “Manual Update” to select a patch to update.

4. After completion of the update, your TNAS device will reboot automatically.
