Fails to find your TNAS device with TNAS PC client?

If you can't find your TNAS device with TNAC PS client, please try following solutions:

In order to facilitate the next visit, you can bookmark the device.

  • Click "Go" in the menu at the top of the desktop, and then select "Connect to Server";

  • Enter the server IP address, such as: afp://, or smb://;

  • Click the plus button "+" in the menu;
