Which hard drives are suitable for TNAS?

The number of hard drives required depends on your specific needs; however, providing you install at least one hard drive, your TNAS device will function normally. There are many different TNAS models, divided into several types, with 1, 2, 4, 5, or 8 bays. The choice of model dictates the maximum number of hard drives that can be installed: the number cannot exceed the maximum number of bays, although more hard drives can be added later if needed. RAID migration or expansion of the original array can also be carried out without any impact on the original data.
