Why does the device shut down automatically?

1. If an irregular automatic shutdown occurs, there may be a problem with a component on the PCBA motherboard. In such cases, you will need to install a new device;

2. If the device behaves normally with one hard drive installed but fails to boot with all hard drives installed, there may be a problem with the power adapter. Ensure that the power adapter used is the originally supplied one.
